Refund Policy

Effective Date: 3 July 2025
 

At 11Series Dump Trailers, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide fair and transparent refund terms while ensuring availability and reliability for all our customers. By renting from us, you agree to the following refund and cancellation policies.
 

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup or delivery will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to cancel before the scheduled time will result in no refund.
     

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your rental up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, based on trailer availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
     

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to accept delivery of your trailer without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
 

4. Early Returns

Returning a dump trailer before the end of your rental period does not qualify for a partial refund. Trailers are reserved and scheduled in advance.
 

5. Deposits and Damage Fees

  • Security deposits may be required and are fully refundable if the trailer is returned in its original condition and on time.

  • Damage, excessive cleaning, or late returns may result in partial or full forfeiture of your deposit and/or additional charges.
     

6. Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine. Inclement weather does not qualify for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
 

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your rental. We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours.
